Irene Carbo

Irene Carbo is a multilingual comedian who traded the sunny shores of the Italian Riviera for the snowy peaks of the Swiss Alps over a decade ago. Was that a good choice? She’s still figuring it out.
After surviving a stand-up course at the legendary Angel Comedy Club in London (an experience she claims left her thoroughly discombobulated—mostly so she can use that word), Irene has gone on to share her confusion about life and human nature on stages across Switzerland, Berlin, and even New York!
With her cheeky humour and strong physicality, Irene captivates audiences in English, French, Italian, and soon, Spanish. What might stop her from performing in more languages? Probably Finnish.
Irene has opened for comedians like Victor Patrascan, Dima Watermelon, Tera Kilbride, and John McCombs, carving out her place as a rising star with big ambitions… and tiny legs.
